Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of Long Island Support Pedals for Progress
Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of Long Island has been supporting Pedals for Progress since 2003. We hold an annual collection in the Spring to collect used bicycles and sewing machines, and collect funds to help defray shipping costs. As of our 2019 collection, we have collected 1611 bicycles and 227 sewing machines that have been sent to developing countries.
